Last month, there was a festival on my locality. It was done as a part of New Year celebrations. The main highlight of the two day event was the exotic dancers brought in from various parts of the country and they performed many different types of dances much to the please of the audience who were mainly from my locality and there were many other audiences from other countries as well!. But during the first day of the event, many audiences were concerned and worried about the food arrangements that were done for the two day long event. There were no concession trailers to provide proper food to the audiences of the event!. This is brought to the event management's notice at that very day and the next day when we went around the event, We found many catering trucks and bbq trailers which were loaded and ready for serving the hungry audience at the right time.

Now this was a lesson learned by the event management that mobile kitchens in the form of trailers are a must at events that take place among the public.
